Our grooved straightener rolls are compatible with any manufacturer’s assembly
Because we handle all our own machining and quality control in-house, we can handle customers’ special requests and small run orders
The Sjogren alignment marker accounts for variations in bearing width, and makes it easy for the operator to identify the correct way to mount replacement rollers to maintain tolerances
If your application calls for custom shaped wire, we can machine custom shaped grooves to match your specifications, even for small orders
Specialty roller materials are available if you are working with soft or precious metals or specially coated wire
