The heavy-duty (HD) straighteners are engineered to handle large-diameter wire and rod, utilizing sleeve-style grooved rolls crafted from hardened tool steel for enhanced durability and performance. Our versatile HD line is capable of accommodating wire diameters up to 30mm or 1.18 inches, providing a robust solution for various industrial applications.

Recently, we have implemented several key refinements to our HD straighteners to further enhance their functionality and efficiency:

• The overall weight of the HD straightener line has been reduced by 20%, making them more manageable and easier to integrate into existing systems.
• The HD frame has been reimagined with a modular design, allowing for greater flexibility. The HD0515 and HD1020 models are designed to accept wire diameters ranging from 5-20mm, while the HD1525 and HD1030 models can accommodate wire sizes from 15-30mm by simply interchanging the rolls.
• Manufacturing processes have been optimized to create efficiencies, which in turn have led to reduced production costs and more competitive market pricing.
• All units have been upgraded to be easily adaptable to hydraulic quick-opening mechanisms, enhancing their operational convenience and speed.
