A uniquely designed seal prolongs the life of the rolls by retaining the high-speed grease within the bearings.
Custom high-speed bearings and labyrinth seals have been specifically crafted to withstand the centrifugal forces of a dead block, processing wires at speeds up to 40m/second.
Sjogren’s grooved rolls are easily interchangeable and can be rebuilt, with various roll designs available in either Vee Groove or Radius Groove profiles.
