Does the HD straightener straighten on both planes?

One plane straighteners will only remove cast or helix, however you can achieve dual plane straightness with a two-plane straightener, customized to your production to align with the orientation of your payoff, eliminating both cast and helix for optimal wire straightness.

Can the HD Straightener handle surface-sensitive wire?

Yes, custom roll profiles (V-groove, U-groove) are available to prevent marking or deformation.
