Our high-precision straightening utilizes a maximum number of rolls to deliver adequate reverse bend cycles for high-strength wire. The LD Series handles 0.8 mm to 30.0 mm, depending on the model.

Can the roll configurations be adjusted?

Certainly, offering a selection of rolls from 3 to 9, along with the ability to individually adjust each roll, this straightener is highly efficient.

How long do the rolls last?

This is heavily dependent on your production, wire type, and how often you run, and maintain the rest of your line. Here is a handy reference table based on "V" and "Radius" shaped grooves, and material being run:
