MANUAL WIRE POINTER / HAND POINTER

The Hand Pointer saves time and produces more accurate results than hand-filing or hand-grinding to reduce wire diameter to draw through a die. Sjogren’s Manual Wire Pointer is compact and lightweight—7.87″ x 6.30″ x 3.70″ (200mm x 160mm x 95mm); only 25 lbs. (11.4 kg)—and is easily mounted at a work site or on a separate pedestal mounting stand using four M10 bolts.

Gear-driven roll shafts are supported on needle bearings and then grease-packed for longevity and reliability; steel plate construction with oxide finish

Grooved rolls are made from hardened tool steel and heat treated to Rc 59-61 for durability; 15 grooves to point wire diameters from .45mm to 4mm (.018″ to .156″)
