Innovations continue to roll at Sjogren Industries
Sjogren’s commitment to the “Any System, Any Part” philosophy that has made it a leader in the wire-tooling industry has influenced the innovation of many parts and processes, including parts for cabling and other machine entry guide applications.
Hardened steel rollers are very durable and resistant to wear, which could cause marking or scratching of the wire/cable material.
Sjogren’s Inlet Guide Roller Boxes (referred to as the RB guide) and AR style guide offer reliable, easily installed solutions to marking problems.
The RB guide is designed with shaft collars that eliminate bearing endplay and maintain smooth operation; no shims are ever necessary. The durable, hardened steel rollers are low-maintenance, and the units are available in various sizes.
Designed to be interchangeable as a replacement for similar style guides of other manufacturers, Sjogren’s AR-style guides provide precision guiding in any direction and can be used with strip stock and shaped or round wire.
The hand wheel adjusts both rolls simultaneously, ensuring accurate material guiding for a wide range of product diameters.
The RB and AR style guides can be installed in many machinery configurations.
Founded in 1927 by Oscar Sjogren, the company has long been an innovator in designing and manufacturing customized solutions for the wire tooling trades. Today, Sjogren Industries delivers high-quality machinery, tooling, and accessories to a worldwide customer base with distributors located in Europe, South America, Asia, and Mexico.
