The ability to individually adjust each roll in the assembly assures you that precise consistency with the straightening technology you already have in place is maintained. Sjogren regularly produces assembly models to meet individual operator/facility preferences.

Base plates are flat ground using precision machining, meeting more accurate tolerances and straightening performance than assemblies mounted on cold-rolled plates
The quick-release cam handles allow for easy restringing, with no risk of altering the individual roll adjustments you have put in place
All Sjogren straighteners use our grooved rolls: machined to exact specifications and featuring our alignment marker, which assures the assembly maintains a precise wire centerline
The operator’s ability to set the position of each individual roller gives your operation the ability to apply the optimal settings for your application
