Base plates are flat ground using precision machining, providing more accurate alignment and straightening performance than assemblies mounted on cold-rolled plates

The adjustable gib enhances the assembly’s rigidity, extending the unit’s life by improving overall roller alignment, particularly important in assemblies with as many 13 rolls per section
Modular design enables you to create the best possible assembly orientation based on which connecting bracket you choose to match the work process you currently have in place
The locking mechanism on the quick release handles allows you the benefit of easy wire changeover without any risk of partial or accidental opening or loosening of roller bars
All Sjogren straighteners use grooved rolls that we customize to your exact requirements, in any quantity. Steel cages and synthetic greases accommodate high speeds and withstand wear
