V-groove rolls available to match specific wire types as well as custom precision shapes to match your wire exactly. Our rolls are machined in-house, never outsourced, even on small orders. Our LD also can handle a wider wire diameter range of 0,8 mm to 30,0 mm!

3 Single-Plane Assembly or Modular

Independently adjustable rolls ensure precise alignment on a single plane, or opt for a modular design to accommodate both horizontal and vertical adjustments tailored to your requirements.

4 Extended Roll Life

Hardened and polished rolls guarantee reliable straightening even under high tension. Our high-precision straightening utilizes a maximum number of rolls to deliver adequate reverse bend cycles for high-strength wire. Standard rolls feature a V-shape, with optional groove profiles available upon request.
