The PB Series provides a simple, modular design for wire straighteners and includes a quick-release lever with a locking handle for easy opening without affecting roll adjustments. This model also eliminates the need for complicated and costly base plates for mounting. Its modular design allows users to change vertical and horizontal orientations when requirements change.
Sjogren Industries has also applied its progressive engineering and manufacturing improvements to the roll straightener style widely used in OEM applications. The 2-plane connecting bracket allows this model to extend safely off the main machine or fit snugly on the machine base. The EC style wire straightener also includes a quick-release lever with a locking handle for easy opening without affecting roll adjustments.
Sjogren’s EC Straighteners offers precise alignment of groove centerlines, resulting in improved performance and product life extension. Other benefits include a high load-carrying capability and minimal wear on the roll plate.
