Innovations in pointing applications and replacement rolls make Sjogren the preferred manufacturer in wire-tooling trade
Being that the power pointer is one of the most essential items in the wire-tooling trade, it is no surprise that Sjogren Industries has once again raised the bar.
The Sjogren Power Pointer (SPP) is designed to ensure effective long-term pointing applications. The design offers a safe, easy-to-use, quiet, and minimal vibration operation.
A power pointer sufficiently reduces the wire diameter to allow the wire to pass through a drawing die. Once enough material has passed through the die, it can be gripped by a Sjogren puller, chain, and hook assembly and then drawn around the block.
The SPP machine is used for setting up wire and bar drawing machinery and is manufactured to the highest quality and durability.
Sjogren offers 3 different pointer models with a group wire diameter range between 0.07-.500”.
SPP features and benefits include;
- Precision ground rollers and tooling ensure effective long-term pointing applications.
- Protective guarding to ensure operator safety and ease of use.
- Safe, easy to use, quiet, and minimal vibration operation.
- Variable speeds set to operator preference.
With its complete in-house engineering and machining capabilities, Sjogren has the ability to manufacture alternative OEM rolls regardless of the pointer you are using. Our replacement pointer roll program will enable you to reduce work interruptions, lower replacement costs, reduce marking and other quality control concerns, and offer greater performance durability.
