Product Overview

Sjogren’s Die Stringer is a go-to for safer wire stringing in wet-draw applications in the wire drawing industry. The motorized die stringer provides an easier, safer method to stringing dies on wire leaders for loading into wet draw machines.

With a max pull of 390 lbs. (177 kg) and a wire diameter range from .188" to .025" or 0,635 mm to 4,775 mm, your stringing prep is here. Optional wire pointer can be added to the mobile cart, with manual or power capability!

The Standard Unit is supplied with an electric motor driven pulling drum and die support bracket integrally mounted on a base plate.

The Die Stringer from Sjogren Industries is an efficient way to prepare wet drawing machines for the dies that need to be replaced. This can be done independently from the drawing machine, enabling faster changeover!

For added help, we have an optional die room puller that can assist with checking die size after grinding.
