Sjogren’s Medium Duty Wire Pullers are designed for Vaughn-style blocks, featuring a lightweight one-piece casting that enhances operator efficiency. These pullers accommodate wire diameters up to 1.25″ (31.8mm) and handle pulling forces up to 50,154 lbs. (22,750 kg). The optional thumb-release mechanism allows for quick, one-handed operation, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

V-Series Wire Puller Product Measurements and Technical Specifications
Sjogren’s Vaughn Wire Puller has the versatility to accept a wide range of wire diameters and pulling force and totally compatible as a replacement for Vaughn-style wire pullers/wedge grips, working with both leaf-style chains with quick release hook assemblies as well as link chain for heavier loads.
The V-Series thumb-release offers easily replaceable jaws using only a hex key wrench and is compatible with a variety of Vaughn-style puller chains and assemblies, just like the standard Vaughn wedge grips.
