Innovations to be unveiled at Wire Dusseldorf
Sjogren Industries, the leading innovator in the wire tooling industry, continues to add products to its 2020 line of new releases.
The company has added a new wire pointer and feed roll unit to its product line and will launch both at this year’s Wire Dusseldorf trade show.
The Sjogren Power Pointer (SPP) is an essential item in wire drawing facilities for ferrous and non-ferrous round, square, or shaped materials. Sjogren’s new wire pointer will be used to set up wire/bar drawing machinery.
The SPP is manufactured to the highest quality and durability. Precision ground rollers and tooling ensure effective long-term pointing applications. Our wire pointers support various diameters ranging from 2mm to 9,53mm.
The Sjogren Power Pointer offers a safe, easy-to-use, quiet, and minimal vibration operation.
Sjogren’s Feed Roll transportation system is suitable for operations that work with wire, tube, and cable in coil-making, cutting, forming, and straightening applications and is manufactured according to Sjogren’s stringent quality standards.
Our transport feeder utilizes an internal cylinder for maximum clamping and pulling forces in a compact package that is applied by manual screw, pneumatic or hydraulic cinder. Its dovetail design offers a robust unit for all environments.
The universal roll feature is efficient and can easily handle material diameters from 0,1mm to 15mm.
Both innovations will be on display at Sjogren’s booth (#11D49) at Wire Düsseldorf from March 30 to April 3, along with its new Dead Block straightener and expanded line of TR Puller Grips.
